Why Wana Has a New Look

If you’re a fan of Wana Gummies, you may already know they’re getting a makeover – and that means an important change to our dosing guidelines.

Here’s everything you need to know about what to expect, why we made the change, and how to keep enjoying the right dose of Wana for you.

What’s different?

Your Wana Gummies will retain the same taste, texture, and effects you already love, with two important differences:

They will now come packaged in an easier-to-open resealable pouch.
Each recreational Wana gummy now contains a double dose of THC, CBD, and CBG – that’s 10mg per piece instead of 5. That means, if you’re used to taking only 5mg THC gummy, you should begin cutting each gummy in half. (NOTE: This dosing transition only applies to the Quick and Classic Gummies. The Wana Optimals formulations won’t change.)

How does this affect the dosing guidelines?

The new packaging will contain TEN recerataional gummies, each containing 10mg of THC. This is a change from the previous model of TWENTY gummies, each containing 5mg THC.

The total milligrams per package will remain the same, but it’s important to be mindful of the change per piece. Here are some specific suggestions:

If you normally take two 5mg gummies, or if you’re fairly experienced with THC, you can now take just ONE Quick or Classic Gummy.

If you normally take one 5mg gummy, start with one half of a new Quick or Classic Gummy.

If you normally take half a 5mg gummy (2.5mg) or are new to THC, begin with one quarter of a Quick or Classic Gummy.

As always, if you’re unsure how much to take, start low and go slow. Begin with a quarter or half gummy and wait at least one hour to see how you feel before consuming more.

REMINDER: Dosing for the effects-based Optimals line – Stay Asleep, Fast Asleep, Quick Calm, and Quick Relief – is not changing at all.

Will the change affect all Wana Gummies?

Major packaging updates take time to roll out, so it may be a few weeks or months before your favorite gummies turn up in their new pouches. But eventually, yes, the packaging and dosing update will affect all of Wana’s recreational Quick and Classic Gummies. That includes: Island Punch, Peach Bellini, Strawberry Margarita, Blueberry Lemonade, Raspberry Indica, and Passionfruit Pineapple Gummies.

The effects-based Optimals line – which includes Wana’s Fast Asleep, Stay Asleep, Quick Calm, and Quick Relief Gummies – will also be moving to new, easier-to-open pouches, but their dosing will not change. That’s because these research-backed formulations are very precise, and major changes to their dosing might impact the way they work.

Are prices going up?

Nope! You will still get the same amount of hemp-derived THC, CBD, and CBG per package, with no increase in price.
