Dosing Guide
Wana beverages contain mild–to–moderately intoxicating doses of THC and other hemp compounds. While overconsumption of THC is typically not dangerous, it can lead to unpleasant side effects including temporary anxiety or drowsiness. If you are new to THC, or haven’t consumed it in the past 30 days, we recommend following these steps. Never drive or operate heavy machinery while under the influence of THC.
Enjoy no more than one can of your preferred beverage.
Wait at least one hour and consider how you feel.
If you’re not feeling effects, or would like to feel them more strongly, enjoy another serving!

Frequently Asked Questions:
What’s the difference between hemp and “marijuana?”
The only difference between a “hemp” plant and a “marijuana” plant – which we prefer to call “regulated cannabis” – is a legal one. “Hemp” is defined as any cannabis plant containing no greater than .3% THC by net weight, while regulated cannabis contains more than that. The sale and distribution of hemp is federally legal, while the sale and distribution of regulated cannabis is not.
Will these products get me high?
Many of them certainly will. Hemp derived Delta-9-THC is exactly the same, on a molecular level, as the THC in “marijuana” (or regulated cannabis) plants and will produce the same intoxicating effects. However, Wanderous does carry non-intoxicating CBD gummies as well as low-THC formulations like Wana’s Quick Calm Gummies. These are only mildly intoxicating – or not intoxicating at all – for most people.
Is this really legal?
Yes! The 2018 Agricultural Improvement Act (also known as the Farm Bill) legalized hemp and its derivatives at the national level. The Act explicitly allows for the extraction and processing of hemp derived compounds, including THC, into infused drinks and edibles. The sale of these products is legal, provided they contain less than 0.3% THC by net weight, a distinction that has been repeatedly upheld by various U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decisions. All Wanderous products undergo rigorous third–party testing and are well below this 0.3% limit, making them federally legal.
