1. ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WHO, DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD (AS DEFINED BELOW) (I) FOLLOWS @SHOPWANDEROUS ON INSTAGRAM; (II) COMMENTS TO @SHOPWANDEROUS WITH THEIR THREE FAVORITE WANDEROUS PRODUCTS; AND (III) TAGS A FRIEND ON THEIR @SHOPWANDEROUS INSTAGRAM POST (COLLECTIVELY, THE “QUALIFYING INSTAGRAM POST”). Not open to employees, associates or contractors of Wana Wellness, LLC (“Sponsor” or “Wana”) or Sponsor’s affiliates, or persons living in the same household. By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of Wana are final and binding in all matters. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. ENTRY PERIOD: For all eligible individuals who make a Qualifying Instagram Post from October 1, 2025, through 11:59pm PST on October 5, 2025 (the “Entry Period”) will be eligible for the Giveaway.

3. TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN: Eligible individuals must make a Qualifying Instagram Post during the Entry Period.  All eligible individuals that make a Qualifying Instagram Post during the Entry Period will be eligible for a chance to win up to three Wanderous products of their choice, with a combined retail value not to exceed $300.00 (the “Prize”).

No other form of entry or participation is valid. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different entry methods, email addresses, identities, or any other methods may void that participant’s entries and disqualify that entrant.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: On October 6, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select three potential “Winners” of the Prize, with each “winner” eligible to receive three Wanderous products of their choice, with a combined retail value not to exceed $300.00.  Sponsor will notify each potential “Winner” by email. Each potential winner must complete, sign and return within five (5) business days of being notified: (i) a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release, and (ii) a W-9 tax form including Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting, or the potential winner will forfeit any claim to their Prize and Sponsor will contact an alternate potential winner in the same manner. 

6. PRIZE AWARD AND RESTRICTIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor.  All costs and expenses associated with a Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Each Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and duties. A Prize may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize availability. Entrants are solely responsible to notify Sponsor of any change in contact information after entry at https://shopwanderous.com/learn/contact-us/.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Participant agrees that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (collectively with Sponsor, “Sponsor Entities”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants, against any liability for any injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury and/or death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway, or acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize and for claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. SPONSOR ENTITIES’ TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE STATED VALUE OF THE PRIZE (i.e. $300.00). In no event will Sponsor Entities be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.  In the event any component of the Prize is cancelled, delayed, or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further obligation, other than to award the remainder of the Prize.  Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or non-delivered entries, however caused, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Giveaway or otherwise attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway or annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participant or Sponsor Entities, as solely determined by the Sponsor, may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify this Giveaway, in its entirety or in part, for any reason, including if tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Giveaway, or any part of it. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on an e-mail address or Instagram account, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or Instagram account submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address or Instagram account for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address or Instagram account.

10. CHOICE OF LAW: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware applicable to contracts made and performed in the State of Delaware, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. In the event any provision of these Official Rules is held to be unenforceable, these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect without such provision. These Official Rules are intended to be the complete, final and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between each entrant and Sponsor relating to the subject matter hereof.
